Registration will close on December 5, 2016. If space is available after the registration deadline, we will allow schools to register additional teams.  During initial registration, indicate how many teams you are interested in entering for each event.  Notification of additional team slots will be e-mailed to you no later than December 12th.

To allow more students to participate, schools may bring more than the usual 15 members as long as the number of participants per event does not exceed the event rules.

Teams will only be considered officially registered after successful online registration and payment has been received.  Team registration will be confirmed via email.

Each school is expected to set up and run at least one event per Division entered, including writing the tests, providing answer keys, bringing all the necessary equipment and materials for the tests, proctoring and scoring the tests.  If an event is in both B and C Divisions, the event supervisor will be running both B and C Division and can use the same test. If fewer schools register than the number of events held, some schools may need to set up and run an additional event.  Please rank your choices of events you would like to run on the online registration form.  We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.  Head coaches will be notified of assigned events via email by December 12th.

We will award medals to the top 3 places for each event.  Since we are allowing more than 15 members per team, no team trophies will be awarded.  There will be a $25 charge per school, per Division.  To offset some of the costs of running the event, please support our fundraising efforts that day.  We will have drinks (water, juice, coffee) and snacks for sale at the event.

At the end of the Invitational, each school will be asked to share all tests/answer keys online.
